How We Started
Since 2002, LCC3 has built safe, innovative, and highly effective learning environments. Our work has been primarily driven by public education clients throughout Southern California, with approximately 90% focused on K-12 projects. Over the years, we have expanded our team and services, though our goal has always been to build great educational facilities in sustainable, collaborative ways.

At LCC3, we consider each team member to be a leader in their area of expertise and encourage their active involvement at appropriate stages of the project. However, we know there’s more to a successful project completion than experience alone. A collaborative approach and a keen sensitivity to each client’s specific requirements allows us to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline delivery to ensure mutual growth and satisfaction.
