Phase I – Parking lot improvements at District Office; Security fence around parking lot, installation of access card, regrading and repaving.

Phase II -– Building Security; Renovation to Main Lobby, Reception Desk Corridor, Board Room, ADA compliant bathrooms and ramps, installation of security card access and cameras. Phase III - Modernization of the auditorium will include performance quality theater with sound and lighting as well as ADA compliant entrance, restrooms, seating and new HVAC.
