Project Overview
Phase I – We implemented parking lot improvements at the district office with a security fence surrounding the area, installation of access cards, and regrading and repaving.
Phase II – Building security construction included renovation to the main lobby, reception desk corridor, board room, and ADA-compliant bathrooms and ramps; plus, the installation of security card access and cameras.
Phase III – Modernization of the auditorium included construction for a performance-quality theater with sound and lighting, as well as the establishment of an ADA-compliant entrance, restrooms, seating, and new HVAC.
