
Gymnasium HVAC & Lighting Upgrades

Project Overview
Phase I (Completed) involved comprehensive lighting upgrades at Lopez Elementary School, Lorbeer Middle School, and San Jose Elementary School. This included the conversion of existing T8 and T12 fluorescent fixtures to energy-efficient LED lighting, as well as the replacement of incandescent, CFL, Mercury Vapor (MV), High-Pressure Sodium (HPS), and Metal Halide (MH) lights with modern LED alternatives.
Phase II (In Progress) consists of the installation of the new Gymnasium HVAC systems at Ganesha and Pomona High Schools, with an anticipated completion date of Spring 2026. This project will establish a comfortable, well-ventilated, and healthy environment within the gymnasium facilities, thereby significantly enhancing the experience for athletes, spectators, and other users. The new HVAC system will provide effective temperature regulation and improved indoor air quality, contributing to the overall functionality and usability of these vital facilities
